Any one done something like this ?
SPC factory outlet knocking out cranberry at a buck a litre . !
12 cans goulburn valley pear for 20 $
Im thinking 3 boxes cranberry 18 L
6 cans of pear 850ml , 5.1 L
1kg of honey
375 ml of blood orange
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbls of allspice whole pestled a bit
4 tea bags in 500ml.
100ml ginger cordial extract. health food shop quality.
the last 5 things ive found dont override, as round out flavours from last years experiments. .
Im hoping the pear will offset the crannie and the rest will help create some depth.
trying out the s-04 this time . Had good results from other yeasts namely wb-o6 last year .
so roughly 25 Litre to start .
Could only find stuff on american sites about cranberry . Not so strange . Just wondering if anybody else has had a crack at it ?
