Hey everyone,

After a few years away from brewing, I am keen to get my keg setup back up and running.

Can anyone remind me of conditioning pressures?

Do you mean carbonation levels?

Depends on your set up, the beer and personal preferences.

Personally, carb and serve at around 100 - 120 kpa.

I carb and pour at around 10psi, as long as you can wait a few days for pressure to come up

A couple of days at twice the serving pressure seems to work, or 4-5 days at a bit over serving pressure. Prone to getting it slightly wrong but works out. Leaving at serving pressure from the start is very easy to do though. Takes a whole week!

I don't think there is a required "conditioning pressure". Just make sure the keg is purged with CO2 and has enough pressure to keep the lid sealed. If you're conditioning in the fridge then target your carbonation pressure (and keep the gas on it) because then you're killing 2 birds with one stone.
