Haha thanks for the heads up guys! I'm pretty short on space where I just have a small bar fridge that holds two 9L kegs. I figure that a 150-200 chesty will fill the same floor space, look better and most importantly hold more beer! I've got my eye on a couple in my area that are cheap enough, <$50. I could be in business very soon!
 
I painted mine with black chalkboard paint - no priming/sanding required as you are looking for a rough finish anyway. It turns out that our balcony cops a lot of winter sun (new rental, moved in during summer...) so keep that in mind before painting it black!
