Hi guys,
thought this might interest any homebrewers who are in Melbourne on the 21st may.
Is a fun beer drinking event, intimate meet the brewer, with some education and Q and A also in the mix.
Both Baird and Edge orignally were homebrewers, and still both use a homebrew setup for pilot batches. We are an open book when it comes to sharing any knowledge gained, weather its on methods, ingredients, recipes, equipment, gypsy brewing, starting your own brewery etc. you can ask away at the event.

Wanting the trade secrets on brewing with fruit....
Join the master brewer and inventor of the 'Fruitful Life' series, Bryan Baird, as he flies in from Japan to showcase and educate his gold medal winning beers, brewed with the philosophy Balance + Complexity = Character.
As well as meeting the brewer and having 6 different beers, including a new release never seen before in Australia, and a once off brew exclusive to Nieuw Amsterdam, Bryan and special guest Adam Betts, master brewer of Edge Brewing Project's 'Native Ingredients' series, will be dishing out brewing tips, methods and supplying full recipes for any homebrewers wishing to take their fruit beers to the next level.
Beers provided on the night include
- Baird, Carpenter's Mikan Ale
- Baird, Hop Havoc Imperial Pale Ale
- Baird, Temple Garden Yuzu Ale
- Baird, Wabi-Sabi Japan Pale Ale
- Edge, Saltbush and Quandong Gose
- Edge, Desert Lime Pilsner
