have been drinking both brakspear triple :super: and coopers vintage ale 2011 :drinks: and have found the cva to be higher in IBU and less clean version of the bt ! will be using thames valley 1275, marris otter , chrystal and maybe a little black, target for ibu and goldings for taste, cascade for aroma! does anyone think there is a better use of ingreidient to acheive a out come somewhere between both beers?
