you will find most opt for 750ml as half to fill and measure I opt for 19lt keg as I can just hook fermenter up pour as slow as it will go and walk away for 20 mins come back to check its going threw or nearly finished and seal and carb lol takes a hour but 10 mins work all up plenty of time to RAHAHB
