I think I have done it!!!!

just made a honey wheat using 1 can of brewiser wheat and some honey and hops.

Smelt like beer, looks like beer. hell it even tastes like beer. can't wait for it to be done so I can try the finished product. I dont know what I was so worried about. Followed the recipe and was not too bad at all. Even had the neighbours pop thier head over the fence and asked what smelt so good.

Thanks to everyone that helped. Recipe is as follows

1 can of brewiser wheat
500g yellowbox honey
500g Malted wheat
250g malto dextrin
250g dextrose
10g saaz at 20 mins
5g saaz at 5 mins
5g saaz at flameout
5g green bullet at flameout
yeast is safale K-97 as the only wheat yeast I could get

will let you all know how it tastes
