Hey, just move a couple thousand Ks north to Brissy....That's what I did :beerbang:

Anyway, you could just whack your fermenters outside during winter...that's what I used to do in Hobart!

few more years yet before i do that, but it is my long term plan.

finish off my uni (4th year atm, only 1.5 years to go ), work a few years to save up enough money, then move to brissy.

Much better drinking weather up here.
Moved from Melb nearly 2 years ago now.
Reverse problem up here:
Bris = Fridge to brew
Melb = Heater to brew.

Gave my heater to a mate when he first came up to visit.
Now have 4 fridges and a chest freezer in the brewery.

Need more room. :angry:
