Andale Illuminated Font

Hi all, does anyone have any experience with these fonts? I recently purchased one however only 3 out of 5 of the illuminated signs light up (the top one an two on the right branch). It is the positive wire which is causing the issue as Im able to jump the connection with a wire from one of the working sides. How hard are these to rewire cause it looks like a real pain, can I buy a new loom to put inside it from Andale? It has a bracket in between each tap where im assuming the font is sectioned out, can these come apart and be re, attached?
