Is there anyone else out there who brews at night? Started my Stout ths evening at 11. Is going well, so far.

I've had some 5.30pm and 6.00am starts

Any later or earlier and I don't think the neighbours would appreciate the nasa roar

I only ever brew at night so that I dont disrupt my time with SWMBO or the kids. Usually start at 8pm and all done by 10.30 or 11pm (depending on how things go). Extract boils for me so doesnt take a hell of a long time.
Sometimes see the neighbours twitching their curtains at 10pm to see what the banging and clunking is though.
I quite enjoy my night brewing, its quiet and nobody disturbs you with anything.

Another night time brewer here. Or at least I used to be almost exclusively. Now I'm probably doing more in the day, but still get a few night time brews in. Not bad as long as you don't get called away for a bit and then have to finish the brewing off later than planned. I've gone as late as 1am which is not pretty the next day. :unsure:

Im usually afternoon, but have done a couple of nite brews. usually when there's a rugby test starting at 10 or 11pm. bit cold now thou !

I did quite a few brew nights during my time at Paddy's Brewery. It helps to have an Ashes series on the TV from England & it is a great night. It looks a bit spooky in the middle of winter when you dump the spent grain in the trailer & it is still steaming.
