Just bottled my first All Grain, a 10 liter mini-version of Tony's LCBA with some crystal thrown in for good measure.

My OG was 1036 and the FG 1006.

Beersmith says the alcohol content % is 3.9 while the Cascade homebrew calculator says it's 4,4% alc.

Why are these different, can it be because beersmith is calculating without the added alc from bottle conditioning the beer?

thanks
Bjorn

pretty sure you can add .5 % when bottling as a standard
