I'm cleaning out some old stores before moving and I thought what better excuse for a 100+ IBU AIPA.
Little unsure on how you balance out one of these monsters as it's the first time I've gone this bitter. Here's my plan to date;

70% MO
21% light Munich
6% Wheat
3% Med Crystal

NBrewer Hops @60min to 45IBUs
NBrewer Hops @30min to 35IBUs
Cascade @ 20min to 25 IBUs
Cascade @ 5min to 7 IBUs
Golly load of Cascade in dry

All pitched onto a 1056 yeast cake

So what do folks reckon?

Ps I thought that there was another tread on 100+IBUs but my search function aint happening. :huh:
Cheers

only advice i can think of is all those hops will soak up quite a bit of beer. i am guessing you are using pellets?

if you have an effective way of keeping them in the kettle, it'll help a lot. good luck

Starting gravity?

Kai - OG should be 1.077

and I will be using pellets. There might be a hopsock order in the pipeline soon. for the dry hopping I'll use 2 SS tea balls
