Hey guys.
I've got 4 DIN keg spear sliders I'm converting to pressurised fermentation caps for DIN kegs.
This is the easiest way I've found to tee off for a spunding valve and gauge. A dip tube can be made into the tee for easy decanting into back pressurised bottles,
These are all off of kegs that were crushed at a recyclers but I was able to salvage the spear ends.
The top is 304SS MicroMatic brand and the washer and 1/2" BSP half-coupling fitting are 316SS. It's been welded with TIG using ER316L filler wire.
Boil to sterilise between batches.
Welded area has been pickled and passivated, ready to be polished.
The one pictured is $35 with free delivery anywhere in Australia. I can put different fittings on as well. Tri-clover,barb hose, etc. just PM me and I'll quote a price if you're interested.
