Cheaper to run :) Looked at keg king and they have a fan that blows air up the font. Might be worth a look.

Yeah, needs to be more like 80C for my purposes. 75 min. Can always heat in gas powered kettle and transfer into a HLT with a small element in it to maintain the temp.

Guys, Looking at running 2x 60 plate heat exchangers to cool my 200L of hot wort. Not sure if this will be fast enough? Thoughts? Also looking at using a chest freezer as a CLT (cold liquor tank) and just wondering if you know what size in litres I'll need? Liquor temp will be about 2-3...

Waste eh? Any idea where I can find out about this? Grain would go to a farmer, apparently if using less than 1% chemicals that should be ok. Yeast might be an issue.
