    Stainless steel bench for brewery

I made my own bench out of timber with a sheet of particle flooring from Bunnings for the top and went to my local Sheet metal dealer with some measurements of the top and he folded a sheet of strainless to suit.

    Saflager 34/70

I have used cheapyeast twice now and found the service and delivery excellent. The yest comes packaged in a CD and Photo Mailer and takes about 3 days from order from Miranda NSW to Maitland NSW.

So what would be the best way to add vanilla and in what part of the brew. I recently added vanilla paste to a Vanilla Milk Stout and and was disappointed with the result.

    GUTEN

I have a 50l Guten and have tried the false bottom . What I do if it's any use is don't use the false bottom. Boil at 2200 watts. PET Kegs and more

Speaking of lids, would it be possible to manufacture your pet products with same size lids so that the thermowell would fit on all the fermenters. Also how about some built in pet handles like the juniors fitted to the 30 lt Chubby.

KK - 'Fermentasaurus' conical PET fermenter

I agree they definitely need handles. I was cleaning my chubby out yesterday sloshing with about 5lts of Stellar Clean when the bottom fell off and managed to bounce on the floor. It is now stuck on with Gaffer tape. First brew. At least it did not burst or crease.

KK - 'Fermentasaurus' conical PET fermenter

I Agree with you Grmblz. I am using the fkj's for kegs at the moment, not enough head space for some of my brews and have purchased a Chubby. I BIAB and gravity feed from my urn to the chubby on the floor then find it heavy and awkward to lift the Cubby back to the bench. I also agree that the...

Thanks for that. I noticed that Bunnings have a 25 lt drinking water drum that should do the job.

I was wondering how the KegLand 20 lt plastic cubes would go for grain storage.
