    Plater Chiller And Thermometer

Mine has been in operation for about 2 years and still has a mirror finish. I run a napisan or PBW wash, followed by sani clean and then a final starsan cycle. I completely forgot about the odd 14-31 temp range. Annoyed me when I got it but I'm over it now. Then again, I mostly brew ales so...

    Plater Chiller And Thermometer

I use the thrumometer in line job. I have a valve on the water line going in and the thrumometer on the wort line out. This works well and the thumometer is very easy to clean as it's basically a short length of polished stainless pipe.

    Please Advise

Chopdog, All I have found available in brew stores here in Aus are the dual pressure gauges that connect to the bottle. I suspect you are looking for something to install inside your kegerator? I'd also be interested to hear if anyone has an Aust source for these stand alone secondary...

    Iphone Apps For Brewers

I have played with the iPhone version... but not actually brewed with it yet (fermenter is full). However it is basically a direct port of the Mac based BeerAlchemy software that I use all the time ...and I like that a lot. Yes it supports extract brewers.

2 Tier Brewstand With March Pump.

A1. Yes. And I am very happy with it. A2. Nope. Not in the slightest. A3. Nope. Never had an issue. Interesting fittings. I'd also be interested to hear if anyone has used these and how they perform. I started with the plastic cpc fittings and found the seals needed replaced too often...

Regarding charity suggestions. Have you considered Canteen? They seem fairly open minded about fundraisers. On their A-Z of suggestions "W" is for Winery Tour.

    Melbourne - Steak And Beer

I hear ya... but I was looking for red meat. If they would only add some porterhouse to the menu I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. Getting mighty hungry though and just phoned a joint that looked alright to find out what craft beer they had on tap... "what?...er we have some James Squire...

Bump. Also on the lookout for an Speight's Gold Medal Ale clone (AG). All I can find are some general style guidelines for NZ draught beer posted by by reviled recently: Thread Someone on here must have tried to knock one of these out?
