Hi
I thought i would try and decided not to filter one of my beers.
Big mistake, very cloudy and yeasty.
Is it possible to let the gas out and filter the beer keg to keg, or is there too much risk
of getting an infection?
Brewed this at the end of the week. Been 4 days so far bubbling away in the fermenter.
Cant wait to tase this one. Loved the smell of the Pacific Gem hops.

I have tried and love Dr smurtos golden ale.
i have read and have heard they use Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo and Willamette.
Any ideas on a recipe?

I am looking for a mash tun, dosent have to be flash even a home made esky type.
Wort chiller, grain mill and burner.

No i am not using teabags i buy my hops in 100g packets and reseal and freeze.

it, it wont be too bitter.
Well I gave it a crack and made up a recipe
1 can Brewcraft munich lager
300g dextrose
500g wheat LDM
12g Saaz @ 10min
12g Pride of ringwood @0min
US05 yeast
filled to 21 L
Anyone reccomend dry hopping? if so what and how much?
