    Hi All, Home renos so getting rid of my set-up that I haven't used for a while. 4 x 19lt Cornies Kegorator with single tap (with flow control) fits 2 19lt kegs Brew Fridge. Bit dodgie and old, but does the job. With thermostat to set to "about 20" or "about 3" degrees. Regulator (no gas)...

    Forgotten Brew

    Hi All. I've brewed a Coopers Dark Ale, then turned the temp in my fridge down to about 1 degree to settle it before kegging - then forgotten about it. I've now realised that my brew has been sitting on the sludge at 1 degree for about 4 weeks... Will it still be OK to keg? Cheers, Tim

    Wrong Connection...

    Hi Guys, In a mad rush to start carbonating a stout, I connected the gas to the "out"... there was a gurgling sound and the black beer ran up the gas line, through the splitter then down into the chilli beer in the other keg. So... how much of the stout have I lost? and has the chilli beer...

    Too Lazy?

    Hi all, When adding the body-blend... dextrose... whatever to a kit, you always get lumps. Just how important is it to get all the lumps out? Mixing it with cold water, seems to work better - but am I being too lazy by leaving some lumps? Does it do any real damage? Cheers, Tim

    Murray's On Tap

    Hi All, Just thought I'd let the lucky sods in Sydney know that the Sackville Hotel in Rozelle has Murray's Sassy Belgian Blond on tap for a few weeks to trial it. Wish I could get it on tap in Brissy... hell, even in bottles would be a good starter! Cheers, Tim
