    Late increase in temp

    Quick question for you all. What are your thoughts on Say after 7 days of fermentation at 18 degrees in a temp controlled fridge you took your fv out and left it in your cupboard for 7 days to finish ferment at about 24 degrees. This is an ale with us05 yeast. I need my fridge back.

    Wort cooling

    Is there any reason you can't put iced water ie. Water with ice in it, straight into the fv to reduce the temp of your wort for pitching? Cheers.

    Apa came out very white.

    What part of my process did I do wrong? Beer tastes ok but is very white cloudy. I cold crashed for two days and fermented for 10. Final Gravity was 1.022. Too much malt maybe? Was hoping for a clearer pale ale.
