    Has anyone used a double power point mounted in their box with the stc 1000 to eliminate the need for the heat and cool cables hanging out? Seems like a good idea and would neaten it up a bit.

    Has anyone got a good recipie for a nice amber ale for a newbie brewer? Maybe with a kit or 2 and some simple hop additions and what sort of yeast? Doesnt have to be a clone but I like James Squire amber ale :D
