My preference is to use champange bottles, much stronger than anything else. You need to by the larger tirage caps and change the bell on your capper. Never had a problem with these and they seem to pour really well due to the raised base section.

Why not just naturally carbonate it in the kegs.

This is one of my favorite kits, I have one brewing now. The kit is already very hoppy and bitter. The first time I brewed it I tried it a couple of weeks after bottling and wasn't too impressed, it was so hoppy and bitter. A month later it was sensational. I usually use 1000grms LDME...
