Perhaps a possible comeback for cask conditioned ales is on the cards?

I think the Braidwood ESB is brewed under licence at St Peters Brewery. They still had a cask recently at the Riverview.

Hey alecart, Did you use an ale yeast during fermentation? With the cold weather, the beer may need longer to finish the bottle conditioning. Maybe grab a couple of bottles and keep them warm for a few days and see how they go after that. Good luck.
