They say on their site that this yeast is is a high floccer. This is my first time using it and it is as cloudy as all f@#k at bottling. Having fermented with both liquid "Cals" I was surprised at this. I looked at first bottled and could see 1ml clearing. Strange weird shit.

I did a few of these kits a couple of years ago and they had a sulphureous odour during fermentation. Have used s-23, 34/70, wyeast 2112, WLP940 and WLP810 yet none of these had the same egg-fart reek. Can anyone definitively tell me what strain of yeast this is. All searches have drawn a blank...

How does this one perform and does it usually after krausen has dropped have a hoppy yeasty trub floating on top? Sample tastes good.Us-05 does similar top detritus thing but this one seems more so.It's been 10 days at 13c and has gone from 1.050 to 1.010.Maybe something to do with rice and corn?

Went to the G today. Had 4 beers. 2 fatyaks 1 carlton draught and 1 peroni. $35.10 They didn,t have the decency to have a gun and wear a mask. Or should I get out more? My beers shit on that crap. Do you guys up north get fleeced that much at the rugby?
