    I've decided its time to brew in bulk but I'm wondering, I usually brew in 23Ltr lots,but I'm switching up to around 46Ltr if I double the amount of wort is it as easy as just doubling everything else eg. sugar ,time etc??     You should probably purge the kegs with Argon gas as you weld this creates a nice weld inside the seam as you weld around the outside. NOT FOR AMATURE WELDERS ;)

    I actually used only 100mm fittings, plenty big enough I thought and yes I got them off a mate. Ilike the idea of welding two together but how will you chill it? coolroom?

    Hi everyone, I have read the topics on how to de-stem carlton kegs but mine doesnt have the groove for the removal of the clip. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
