    Ive been using hte carb drops 2 per 640ml, however in my last brew a Pale Ale, The beers have been flat, the bottles are at about 24c and sit in the fridge for a week, then when I open them, no carb and little head that disolved quick? Any ideas

    Thanks for the reply, Yeah Im sure mine is at FG, however the cloudiness is bad, and there were some particles floating around. Was yours super cloudy? It just doesnt seem right? Thanks again, I don't want to dump this, but it looks so cloudy, not sure how this could come clear

    Ok so I raised the temp a bit, and it still appears to be very cloudy with some particles. It seems like its at FG, but very cloudy, tastes fine though, any ideas?

    Yeah forgot to add the readings, My Bad. OG: 1046 SG: 1015 It smells fine, and the bag in the left corner is the Cascade Finishing Hops. The taste is very plain, but no bad taste or smell.

    Success - Swamp Cooler

    Yes you could use bunnings bins, however a faster rotation of ice would be needed due to the non insualtion, plus on non brewing days, I can use the esky for its true purpose. Cooling the drinks :)
