I just did the fornightly trip to the supermarket, planning to do another cider. Just to mix it up a bit I bought some apple/mango juice. I am wondering if anyone has experience with this, should I attempt it, or am I better off going with the straight apple juice? Beers Mick

I have just purchased ten 2L bottles of preservitive free apple juice. I am wondering what I should add to it to get it just right, I have yeast and yeast nutrients. So what else should I think about adding? Oh yes and should I add sugar for around 6%? Thanks in advance, Mick Carey

I am running short of kegs, and wondering how long a brew will last on its yeast cake, I figure if I can get four weeks out of it I can work the kegs out. Do-able? Cheers and beers Mick

Put down a ESB nut brown ale two days ago. I didnt really stir the wort like I should have, should I be worried? I am assuming it will dissolve by the end of the (planned) two week fermentation. Beers and Cheers Mick

Just a quick question, if I chill down a keg and then carbinate it, then take it out of the fridge (for storage) how long do I need to put it back into the fridge before serving? ie how long does the keg need to rebalance? Cheers Mick

Just got one, having a little trouble with it foaming 2 much. Is anyone familiar with them? I think I might have the pressure a little high 25 PSI??? Cheers Mick
