Thanks @zorsoc_cos dog I'll think about it. Maybe I'm being greedy going for the 100L area. @SBOB have you used these pots before? I just don't want to throw money down the drain on a cheap pot that won't take the heat.

Hi all, looking at getting back into brewing and figure if it's worth doing, it's worth overdoing. Got $150 to spend (tax return!) And am looking for a big pot (90 -120L). Should be heavy duty enough to cope with a jet burner. Let me know what you have Steven

After reaffirming my liking of the Radieuse, I'm going to give this one a crack next. Although I might reduce the candi syrup just slightly, to make sure I don't get the metho-y taste some of the heavier Belgian ales get.

Hi all I'm looking at doing my second brew and am looking at doing an Irish Red. I want to give it an appley undertaste without getting that rotten apple texture that acetalehyde gives. Do any of you know a malt, hop or yeast tha would be able to give me the apple taste for my red?
