Hey guys,
Looking forward to the swap this weekend, even though my beers craped out an I have no beer to swap.
Any way was just wondering if anyone was bringing a Randall to this swap? Never had a beer out of a Randall before would be interested to try it out.
Cheers.

Im letting the Team down. Sorry guys but I just took myself off the swaping list. For some reason the last five attempts at a swap beer ( yes Ive tried 5 times ) have failed to ferment all the way out.
Been brewing for 2 years, never happened before then 5 times in a row????

I love chilli too and making chilli beer is a passion of mine.
I am curently drinking a american mango chilli wheat which is fantastic. Used one Jolkia Bhut secondary fermented with the mango worked a treat.

When I have used fruit in the pased I usualy put it in about a week into the ferment. This is risky as the fermenting beer is very suseptible to infection but I have done it quite a few times like this and had no problems. I find that this way the vigous ferment dosen't scrub too much of the...
yeah that was the first time I used it, just cranked it for the vid. Ive had the burner for about 1.5 years now and never had a problem. Though I probably will take your advice and raise the whole burner off the ground.
cheers.
I am interested in trying polyclar. My beers come out really clear but when cooled the chill haze shows up. I have heard that Polyclar works well with that.
Interesting thing I have noticed since starting to brew. Would never have thought of drinking a warm commercial beer. But I drink warm home brew ( around 18 deg ) quite often. It taste great warm or cold.
