    Yup, and even 17 might be pushing it due to 4% increase in volume at boiling temp

    There are ways you can get a larger batch size. High gravity brewing (where you water down - online calculators available to determine how much to add and impact on gravity). Or you could do a batch sparge in a second pot/container then add that wort back into your 19l pot

    Cantillon is definitely worth a visit: https://www.cantillon.be/visites?lang=en. Belgian Brewers Museum in Grand Place moderately interesting. Most of the breweries, especially the well known ones, are outside of Brussels.

    Beersmith 3 adjustments

    You could also consider changing the grain absorption rate. It’s not in the actual equipment profile, rather in the overall advance settings for the software. I had to play with that a few times to get it right for my grain bag mesh, patience and level of squeezing!

    Passion Fruit IPA

    I did this recently in a NEIPA. Froze and defrosted the passion fruit then added to secondary ina hop bag for a week. The rate was 1 (homegrown, not supermarket, so about 3-4 tablespoons pulp in each fruit) per litre. Resulted in distinct aroma and not overpowering taste. Could definitely add...
