Hi Guys whats the opinion on the head space. if i only really brew 21 liters at a time will the 30 liter be best or for an extra 20 should i go the 50 liter ? seems strange to have almost 30lt head space cheers

Hey Yob How's it going with the 50% Glycerine mix?, I have read somewhere else that raising the Glycerine % is the best option when using a frost free freezer. Does the yeast have a chance to settle out before freezing ? cheers

Hi guys Has anyone had any issues using universal poppet valves with real cornelius disconnects? the black one seems not to depress the poppet valve enough to dispense beer. i have tried two different poppets from kk but no luck, however the kk disconnects work thanks tate
