    What is the general consensus on which camlock should go where? Male on hose or on HLT/MT/Kettle outlet? I sort of like the idea of the male on the hose???? Are stainless QD a better option?

    My 2 bobs..... aluminium is better with gas. More even heat therefore less chance of scorching, cheaper and easier to drill.

    Mmm, outside but under the patio with a BBQ cover might not be a good idea. Maybe one those fold up Bunnings trestle tables might be better(won't rust)
