    capretta, I did set up one of the fridges to be a constant 25C. I now put it in a mini hothouse during the day and return it to the fridge at night. cheers johnno

    Comrade Mike has the right idea. Get more fridges if you have room for them. Do not stop at one fridge. If you have room go directly to at least 4 fridges. good luck. cheers johnno

    I would go for the 3 vessel/mill system and leave the kegging till later. Once you start making extra tasty AG, the beer does not last long at all. It is a pain washing bottles but you can always drink it straight out of secondary if you don't want to wash bottles. cheers johnno

    Mill Help - Tarnish

    Mine got a couple of small spots and I emailed the maker about it. They advised to not clean the dust off after using it. I cleaned the spots with a wire brush and now just leave the dust on it after use and they have never come back. cheers johnno
