im not sure about the ID of the line i think it is 5mm the temp is 3 degrees.

i keg my first beer a week ago its been carbing up at about 70kpa poured myself a beer last night night and it tasted flat it has some carbanation but not much should i leave it at this pressure for a few more days and see if it carbs more or should i turn it up to say 150kpa for a few hours?

i have a mate that works for them tried this beer about a month or so ago just tastes like a typical aussie larger a bit like boags premium lager nothing special.

can i use light malt for this or does it have to be pale is there a difference?

Would cascade hops work instead of centennial?

ive got a micromatic regulator and where you adjust the pressure it is releasing air from the little holes there its the first time ive used it im just wondering is this normal or is it broken. the kegs only been hooked up for about ten mins.

my regulator only has kpa not psi on it what should i set my keg at to carb and serve?

Thanks for all your replies i found a pub close to central called bar century i think we will start there and work our way up to the harbour and the rocks all there beers on tap and house spirits are only 3 dollars a schooner all day.

thanks for the info we will be sure to go to a few of those pubs. Whats the average price for a schooner of beer in the city, or rocks? Everybody keeps telling me were mad to go into the city and rocks because its so expensive.

well i pay around 5 bucks a schooner here for coopers pale ale and about 5 70 for a schooner at the brewery so somewhere around that price would be good.

in the city around george st and darling harbour and proberbly the rocks.
