Regulator Help

ive got a micromatic regulator and where you adjust the pressure it is releasing air from the little holes there its the first time ive used it im just wondering is this normal or is it broken. the kegs only been hooked up for about ten mins.

Sounds defective to me.

What do the guages say. I would also disconnect it or you will be purchasing some more gas as well.
