Advice from my LHBS is quite good, and the bloke there know a fair bit. Only once I've gone in and though it was ****** service, must have been a bad day or something. Other than that, I must say The Country Brewer has helped me heaps, really great customer service.

Yep, i believe it true too! Had a party the other day, and had a HB draught with a little extra malt, and a decently hopped german pilsener on tap. Now mind you the people I poured for were not big beer drinkers, BUT everyone preferred my HB lager to the other malt/hop beers. There was only one...

Hey Keggers, Just a quick question, once a kegged beer has been carbonated, should the gas be left on constant at pouring pressure (i.e. 5psi)? OR can the keg be set to 5psi and the gas turned off? What s happens? I have a brew kegged at the moment, and after carbonated left the gas on at 5psi...

thanks guys, i figured out the bloody clamps 2 seconds after i posted, doh! They were the squeeze ones, i'm gonna go get the screwdriver ones though as they are re-usable.

Hey all, this will be a easy question for all the keggers out there. I got my keg system, just dont know how to fasten the cobra clamps, i've done one using a screwdriver and inserting it is the top and twisting, then fixing the rest with pliers. Is this the correct way? Let me know... Cheers
