    A Bit Like A Conical

If the valve is S/S it will have 316 or 304 (Grade of S/S) stamped on it somewere. If not it looks like Cast Ali to me.

Angle Grinder Disc For Cutting Ss

Need a bit more info. How thick are they? They come in 1mm and 3mm, get the 3mm. How far do you think you cut with 1 blade? Should get 400-500mm or around 1 keg minimum. How thick was the steel? A keg is 1.6mm or is it 2mm, I forget.

    The Brew Shed

Still must go through landlord. Be wary tho, When I had a small aircon installed to an investment I owned the sparky found some wiring that was out of date/stuffed (possibly even the earth leakage laws changed, memory is not working well tonight) and it cost me an extra $300 for him to fix...

Mine will be PVC white, so when brew mates come around it will blend in with all the other $h!t in my shed and they wont steal it.

Looking For A Compact Co2 Reg

I don't know if this might be what you are after. Mini Reg C02 bulbs screw into the bottom, it doesn't have the normal C02 thread for cylinders.

Bacchus Brew Day In Time Lapse.

Ross, Any chance of a few more close up pics of the mash tun and kettle or are they trade secret? Or if easier which company built them so I can ask them the questions? I am going to hand build my brewery one day and that is the best set up I have seen for small scale. Thanks, Drew
