    Hamburgers

Good tip to bind your hamburger mince is as mentioned before no egg or bread crumbs, a good fat content and then knead the mince until it becomes tacky, that will develop the proteins in the meat and make it bind really well.

Has anyone ever used a deep fryer with water for this? Along with a temp controller of course, should give pretty accurate temp control.

Royal Commission into botched home insulation scheme.

Public liability on your home insurance doesn't cover someone you are paying to do work on your property.

Royal Commission into botched home insulation scheme.

We have to pay an annual insurance to cover the cleaning lady who spends 2 hours a fortnight cleaning our house in case she sprains her self picking up the dustpan and brush.

What happened to flight Malaysian Airlines MH370?

He doesn't have a choice Northside, there are certain conventions that apply in cases like this and we have to send out search parties as does any country that has an emergency in or near it's waters, it's not about saving face.

    Stainless Fermenters

They sell them with handles individually in NZ, probably sent over all their initial samples from china and dumped them here in Australia to get rid of them. I too will wait until imake release them here with handles, not much use without handles to lug them around with.

Constant retail posts in the recent threads box is one of the areas that attracts a lot of complaints. Maybe if retailers would stop constantly bumping their threads into the recent threads box there wouldn't be a need for change, also we now have a plethora of "members" requesting retailer...

Best Pilsner Malt - Do I need a protein rest?

Nice to see some facts finding their way into this thread, some good info there Wes, I'd be keen to see any info you could find that will help explain the C of A that the malsters supply, it looks pretty technical at first glance but would surely help dispel the under modified myths.

Request to publish an Irish Red recipe (but I stole it from here, and

I remember a few years ago a publisher wanting recipes for a brewing recipe book, asked plenty of brewers by direct email as well. Why would you want to offer a award winning recipe only so some random probably non brewing interested person to make money off it? Did I mention I'm very cynical ...

Posting as a member not admin. A fair bit of angst in this thread about a product that you aren't being forced to buy, or even look at for that matter. All you're doing is bumping this thread continuously and in turn that is making people curious as to what all the fuss is about, they then go...
