    Been 10 days in the fermenter....S189 for the yeast, otherwise pretty much Tony's Original recipe..... WOW this beer smells and tastes amazing. If I didnt have any beer in bottles then I'd just drink it straight from the fermenter, even if the SG is still only 1020.

    New Method For A.g Brewing - Tea Urn.

    PLEASE DO :) U know I love your experiments I have been thinking of this method too. I was going to use bulldog clips around the top of the urn to hold the bag in. Anyhow, if I get around to it before you then I will post it, otherwise, lert us know how it goes. Rendo
