Hey, the hole is drilled for the ball valve, it's not there in the pics as I had it out for cleaning before moving house, happy to include a ballvalve/nuts/washers with the purchase though.

Thanks for the quick replies. I checked it again, and i much have been stuffing about with the gun between cleaning and then putting beer in the keg. i had tightend the nut on the end a bit and it was held open sligtly. All good now...thannks!!!
