One thing that hasn't really been touched on is the zoning issues with your local councils. I'm guessing you brew at home, yeah? It's just a guess but where you live is probably zoned residential. As operating a brewery would fall under manufacturing, then I doubt the council will permit it...

I am thinking Adnams Broadside possibly, but am not too sure. The marketing from the brewery talks about it being brewed with first gold hops. But I don't know if adnams use something else for bittering (though it's about 8% AA). Can anyone confirm/deny this? So, tentatively - Abnams Broadside...
