I have done many beers with fruit in them, and the best way to rack without any fruit is to attach your racking tube to one end of the fermenter and to the other add some stocking with a rubber band. As you would imagine it acts like a filter and be sure to leave enough stocking as the sediment...

I did a partial version of Doc's Porter, it actually turned out to be an old ale, it was, Rapid Creek Old Ale 500g Vienna Grain 150g Black grain Vanilla Essance Top Shelf Kentucky Bourbon Essence 1kg dextrose Turned out great and if your not up to all grain yet it is a good option. Scotty

The temp range is in degrees fahrenheit. so like from 60 to 200 degrees fahrenheit.

How about when you invite your mates over for a beer and your keg runs dry...... i hate when that happens. Or when you go to the fridge for the last beer and someone has already taken it.
