drank one of these a couple of months ago - standard run of the mill mega swill. If you are a New drinker, tastes just the same with less carbs - Seriously., I couldn't spot the different.
But then again, now days most mega swill tastes the same
That is the perception coopers works hard at making.
However, they are definitely a Mega-Swill brewer
Also, there is no james squires on the list?
From the list thou - I would go new I guess
don't worry mate,
I have left yeast under a bit of beer in a fermenter for days before throwing another batch on top - As long as you are confident with your sanitisation procedure, you will be fine
Yeah, my Tetnang is going crazy, got a cascade in the post at the moment - will be going into the ground this weekend with some fertiliser and good quality potting mix
I've got a Tetnang which has sprouted 3 "plants" and they are about 10cms each
I have a cascade on the way which will be planted this week - just before I leave for my BUCKS DAY :chug: :chug: :chug:
Anyone got any good suggestions for fertiliser etc? I have been using slow release stuff and...
Don't worry screwy, I'm in the exact same situation - brewing fathers day morning with a hang over - least the misses is keeping the kids away
Hey Guys,
Thought I might pose the question here - does anyone have any idea on a rough cost to get a hopper fabricated from S/S?
I have a monster mill and currently use a wooden hopper - was thinking about getting a S/S one fabricated?
I get mine from my local water companies website - Sydney Water. I actually think they have to be available at all times due to legislative requirements
why add citric? How do you guys know what his local water supply is like? Why do you think he has a high Ph?
Before adding any additions to your water, download or get your hands on you local water report
Malt Shovel Lager
Brewed in the middle of summer - I had no idea about temp control - didn't taste to bad, obviously couldn't have been that bad anyway as I kept going.
Put down a simple one to keep the stocks up

lots of good mermories on the path of homebrew - but just did an IPA and hit 85% eff - generally do about 70% - I'm stoked
Also, might be purely coincedential, but I actually messed with the water chemistry
I was in there on Monday and they have to order the S/S paddles in - they order once a week. Nice people, but couldn't wait the week, so I grabbed this on
