    Opinions What do you all think is using Saflager 34/70 going to turn it into a Lager or is it going to be an ale? why am i think of this!....its cold and i have some 34/70 to use or should i just use the can yeast and heat pad 23L Coopers real Ale 500g LDM 1kg Dex + what Yeast?

    New Brewer And Member, Need A Hand.

    I bottled a Coopers stout last month it stopped about 1010...i think i dont have my brew book here to check as i bottled a real ale at the same time but one was 1009 and the other 1010 what was the Starting Gravity?

    I've had 5 Baja bugs a convertible Bug some standard ones two Kombi's and a type3 wagon....... yep i like VW's In the Baja's i ended up sticking with a slightly mod'ed 1600(subi motors sump hang down to far) as its easy to look after and i didnt bugga the gear box(they are not much fun to...

    Black Rock "Dry Lager" is a nice drop with some light malt added Even Coopers Lager will do well with some Light malt and W34/70 yeast.....lots of Lagering needed tho

    A friend at Wesley vale has a 120L fermenter... and a 60 as well as two 24l's he brews something like 1600-2000 longnecks in one go....but then there's a bit of drinking goes on out at the farm As for the old bloke.......well some of the utter shight people think is good home brew your doing...

    Vegie Garden Spring/summer Harvest Brag Thread

    Both my tomato plants died......due to my four legged friends I had beans in and they went over time! i think we got about three to four shopping bags full out of an area 1m X 60cm so that was good first year for the vegi patch so its a work in progress
