I finally got enough inspiration (from the more well polished labels) to get off my @rse, play around with Inkscape and come up with (IMHO) a half decent label. PS. I've got the grain cracked for this beer and am hoping to brew it tomorrow.

I've got a bottle each of vintage 1, 2, 3 and 4. I'm thinking of putting them in a mates wine cellar for a couple of years to see how they go (if the ******* doesn't drink them). Hopefully I'll be appearing quite often in the "What are you brewing thread" over the next few months. :D

I cracked a bottle of this (Ten20 anniversary ale) on the first day of 2010! I quite liked it as well.

I reckon with all the bad press, you wouldn't have to queue much for the good beers that they have there this year.

Country Brewer in Thornleigh doesn't stock liquid yeast, however he has mentioned that he can order it in.

And all your beers are nicely refridgerated! I was visiting Melbourne around the time that Luke was doing the instore tasting (a few months ago), however I couldn't hang around. :angry: Still, I made out like a bandit with some Schneider Hopfen Weisse, Rogue juniper beer, various IPA's etc.

That page makes reference to it being part of the personal collection (PC) with last release date of Q4 2008 (4Q08). I have seen others mention that Proculture offer this strain, however a quick search of their website doesn't reveal which yeast it is (perhaps its not listed?).

It will be great to have a place which is a cross between RedOak (good selection of own beers) and Taphouse (good range of beers from different brewers). Good luck with the venture.
