With the copper CFC, is the poly an insulation protection, or does the chill water contact the black poly?

Pressurised fermentation in Cornys? Kegland have pretty cheap spunding valves. That would allow you to get more in. Alternatively, the kegmenter is 395mm diameter... might just fit?

Just reading up about issues with Dry Hopping if fermenting under pressure - the beer gushing with the sudden release of pressure from the vessel at fermentation temperatures. There's only so many foam positive compounds in the beer, so even if it doesn't gush out of the fermenter, perhaps this...

Pretty keen on getting the 58L kegmenter. It's listed on the site as being available 26th June. There is no price listed for the KL05890 Ball Lock Post lid. Any indicative pricing on this? Will it be available in the same timeframe?

Just store your recipes on another cloud, create a direct link to that location mapped to your local drive and then specify that as your location in beersmith.
