    Replacing Keg O-rings With Silicone

Nup, just added multiple to the cart and then proceeded to Checkout where it combined the shipping automagically, like it does for every other auction with combined shipping.

    Heated Digital Stirplates

If you are considering a K-type then have you looked at the MAX6674/6675 chips? Fairly cheap in bulk and happily digitise the microvolt range K-types.

Oh duh, of course. Didnt think about the extra height afforded by the collar. Makes sense now, never mind me...

Dry hopping in the keg vs. in the fermenter

I grabbed one of these the other day: http://www.fullpint.com.au/stainless-hop-bomb/ Works a treat, one of my keg lids has the little hook so i can just hook it on and leave it in there. Does remind me that i need to pull it out soon.

Which 150L ish Keezer for 3-4x19L

Been looking around on and off for a new keezer, and it seems that the majority of smaller ones can really only fit 2 kegs. From the Aldi ones to the Esatto ones at Masters, everything in the 150L ish range has so much room taken up by the hump that you cant realistically fit more than 2 kegs...

    Keg King Co2 Cylinder

Swap or refill the KK ones all the time. No issues at all. Either G&G, or KK themselves.

    Kaixin Pumps

Or simply the PCD of the pump holes. I wonder whether the PCD is only minimally out between the two heads, but what make it look much greater is the difference in seal design kinking it over on an angle.

    My new budget Grainfather-esque setup

Just little bits on the old setup, harder to access aspects of it, plus there was an extra item to clean for draining the bag, and then cleaning out the bag etc, element was harder to access too. Just those sort of niggly things. Boil off rate is about 4.5L/h, lose just under 7L for a 90min boil.

    My new budget Grainfather-esque setup

Brewed a wheat beer yesterday, no worries at all. So the starch conversion seems to be going well, and it builds up enough to boil off the hot break. That is the 6th brew through this setup, and all is going excellently. Its also a ton easier to clean than the old setup. Much win.

    Pressure Cooker For Steralising Vials

While not a pressure cooker, there are a swathe of baby steriliser units that use superheated steam to do the same thing. Could be an alternative.

Which buckets are the translucent ones? A couple of mini-batch friends looking for 15L ish fermenters.

Keg King ROBOBREW 35L SINGLE VESSEL BREWERY

Yeah, the weight isnt the issue. The trivet has little posts that centre it around the top of the urn and then other little posts that centre the pipe. That sort of thing just gets fiddly when you are lifting/holding 6-8kg of wet grain one handed. A flat trivet is much easier here where you can...

Raised matting for bottom of keezer

I have normally used this type of doormat for keezers/fridges: http://www.bunnings.com.au/matpro-40-x-60cm-honeycombe-rubber-synthetic-mat_p4494299 Just put it upside down and it has minimal surface contact.

    Tube for aeration stone kit

It uses 6mm clamped down as i didnt have any 5mm :) Presumably it has some effect, but would be minimal.

    Tube for aeration stone kit

Its just 316SS filler rod, i buy it in 1.5m lengths (by the kilo) and just cut a chunk to size. Long enough to dip into the entire fermenter.

    Kaixin Pumps

The KK pumps are a standard Kaixin MP-15. You can get them in a number of colours and 'trim' levels, depending on whether you want BSP or NPT, and i have seen them in black, silver, yellow, green and blue housings. As with any of these items they will be built to spec by a single factory based...
