    Hi , Haven't brewed in a while and i d/l BIAB_Equipment_Set_Up_Volumes_140909.xls but i can't change any volumes . Is there a prob, or is there some changes made to the table that i don't know of. Thanks Cliford

    I think the way to do it is, pour about a third or more from bottle into glass, then swirl whats left in bottom of bottle and top up glass, thats what i do.

    This type of beer is known for its nice big head ,which i do like . I also didn't do a secondary fermentation , which was called for in the recipe. But as long as it's drinkable, i have to take it as it is, for my first brew.

    So, what does this apply to,...'Wyeast 3068 pk says, High CO2 levels, typically at 2.7 - 3.2 volumes is desirable for best presentation'. surely this would be German style, or does this have nothing to do with priming CO2.
