Thanks for that guys, I think I will flood the fermenter with co2 the pop on the lid with the airlock in and keep my kids away from it.

No Cube, normally use a chiller so all i have is 30L screw lid fermenters.

Hi All, My Copper Coil is locked in a mates garage, he is in Bali at the moment so I cant get to it. I want to "no chill" my brew but only have a 30L fermenter. Is there going to be too much surface area to do this or should I top it off with some CO2 to stop oxidation? Will this effect the...
