    Well i'll check it when i get home, hopefully it's working. If worst comes to worst i have some safale (can't remember the number) yeast for my next brew that i could use, which will be a pale ale!

    Thanks mate. Umm do you think that it's a big problem that i didn't re-hydrate the yeast before i put it in??? The temp was 13-14 deg. I just read that if you put the yeast in without re-hydrating the temp should be at least 20! Did i stuff it?

    I'm currently doing a draught kit and using the S-23 yeast. Just a quick question. As this yeast ferments at a lower temp, at what temp does it die? Just curious. Thanks in advance.
