    Confused Brewer.

Stoopid spellink chequer. The other thing i try is tasting all the ingredients separately before brewing with them. Just go easy on the hops if your chewing them. They might blow your head off if you stuff too much in.

    Fermentation Temperatue

If you got the cash, get another fridge big enough to fit your biggest fermenter in and a fridge mate. We had a lotta probs with evil temperatures ruining brews. If cash is tight yeah wet towels, mebbe a fan, or steal your mums fridge. :(

Vic 2007 Xmas Swap Taste Thread

Cheers Fents! I used Nottingham yeast, buggered the brew and ended up using a bit of gelatine to drop the protein. (Sorry Vego's). Hops were cascade and saaz. Just tried Peels Scottish Ale. What a cracker, 750ml doesn't last long when it's that good. Great head (we all love a bit!), lacing...

Do You Have To Rehydrate Nottingham

Can any one tell me if Nottingham is available in liquid form. White labs do it, just buggered if i can find it. Dried is cool but liquid seems to impart a better flavour.
